Summary
The ‘Time In Queue’ tab is available on sales documents within SalesPad Desktop. From this tab, you can view an audit of the time a document spent in batches or queues, as well as other information, such as the time it entered and left a specific queue.
If processes outside of SalesPad move a document, the times reflected on this tab may not be accurate.
Security
To enable access to the ‘Time In Queue’ tab, you must enable the security setting ‘Sales Document Time in Queue’ from the security editor.
