1. Contract Pricing (highest priority)

4. GP Pricing (Lowest priority)
  • Modifications
  • Aggregate Pricing
    • Restricted by begin to end dates.
    • Works with GP Extended Pricing.
    • Aggregates items based on any value on the item master which then sets a different GP price level.
Customer Discounts
  • Restricted by begin to end dates and item class.
  • Applies after all other pricing.

Note: Aggregate Pricing is the only SP pricing functionality compatible with GP Extended Pricing.

Configurator Pricing
  • Pricing Types:
    • Default
      • Pricing based on the Configured Item with fallback pricing.
      • If the Configured Item is not an existing item yet, the Configured Item will be created with a new list price derived from Configurator pricing. Other pricing from the pricing priority listed above will be applied.
      • If the Configured Item is an existing item, it will follow the pricing priority listed above with the list price from the existing item. This only occurs when the setting Can Reuse Custom Configured Items is set to False.
    • Great Plains
      • Pricing based on the GP price for the Configured Item Number.
      • If the Configured Item is not an existing item, it will follow the standard pricing priority listed above for the Configuration Root Item Number.
      • If the Configured Item is an existing item, it will follow the pricing priority listed above with the list price from the existing item. This only occurs when the setting Can Reuse Custom Configured Items is set to False.
    • Configurator
      • Pricing based solely on the Configured Item.
    • Standard Plus Configurator
      • Pricing based on the Configured Item plus GP Standard Pricing.
