EDI 855 - Set Possible Status Codes For Each Trading Partner

Authors list

Overview

Functionality has been added to allow users to specify which status codes can be automatically sent on EDI 855s.

Testing Setup

A new column, 855 Status Codes, has been added to the EDI Data Cross Reference Partners grid.

This is a multi-select dropdown to set which status codes can be automatically sent on the EDI 855. Leaving this column blank will allow all status codes to be sent.

Testing Scenarios

In the EDI 855 plugin on the sales document, you can see that the status codes that were not selected in the cross reference were also not set as the default status code, even if the criteria to send the code would be met. Note, codes that were not set in the cross reference can still be sent using the Override Status Code column.
