Copy Grid settings Already Exists
I'd like to be able to copy Grid settings (visible columns and Conditional Formatting) from one user to another.

Your partially in luck, Mathias. Don't know about copying conditional formatting.
However, you can copy column grids from one user to another user and/or from one user group to another user group. Its called 'Layout Maintenance' in SalesPad https://support.cavallo.com/search?q=layout+maintenance
Be aware this window has an alert banner: 'WARNING All users should be logged out before making grid layout changes or they may get overwritten.'
I think conditional formatting is a more recent development and may have not yet made it to the utility side where it can be cascaded out to others.

As outlined in Brad’s comment, layouts can be copied from one user to other users by using the Layout Maintenance screen. This allows you to copy a selected layout to specific users, or to a user security group. Conditional formatting is also copied when this occurs, as it is stored as a part of the layout.
As noted, the banner that appears to remind users to log out so that the currently cached layout doesn’t overwrite the new layout that is copied if the user is currently logged into the system.
