I know there is an option to set a theme for any connection that has "<TEST>" in its name. I'd also like the ability to change the window theme for each company instead of only globally for all SalesPad connections.

Thank you for this idea! We have an internal case for considering this further.
For those who would like to flag test environments with a particular theme for better visibility, there is a setting in SalesPad Desktop named Program Test Skin that will apply the configured theme to any connection that has "<test>" in the name. It defaults to the Caramel theme, which you can find in the Other category of the themes dropdown. You can adjust that configured theme by setting it to match the exact display name of any other theme option.
If you are looking for a way to configure specific themes for each company to more easily differentiate between multiple environments, please upvote this idea!
