Allow for an option to block the change of server connection Future Consideration
In a context of running multiple GP instances (PROD, DEV, TEST) from various servers or SQL instances, it would be great to be able to block the options to change the server connection from the SalesPad Desktop client, like in GP the ability in DEX.ini to prevent users from switching servers in the login screen. This would allow to test various versions from different clients without having to setup multiple app servers.

We evaluated your request with the development team, and wanted to share existing functionality that may help with your specific use case.
On the login screen in SalesPad, you can open the ellipsis menu to configure the currently selected server connection. At the bottom, there is an option to select where the connection is stored. If your users are logging in with unique credentials, saving the connection on a per users basis rather than on a per machine basis may give you the server restriction access that you’re looking for.
