Currently we can view Item Kit Components in the Inventory Lookup window in SalesPad, but we are forced to use GP when creating a new kit or editing an existing kit. Item creation, BOM entry, Routing entry, etc. is possible in SalesPad, why not something as simple as editing Kit Components?

Editing kit item components is now supported as of SalesPad 5.6.0! We updated the existing Inventory Lookup > Kit Components tab to have new buttons for adding, removing, and editing components, with security-controlled access.

ADDED: Security: Item Kit Components: Can Add Components - When enabled, components can be added to a kit, as long as the kit item is not on any open sales documents. (Default: false)

Additionally, SalesPad 5.6.1 provides a new dockable plugin for the Sales Entry > Line Items grid for easy visibility of unexploded kit components on sales documents.
ADDED: Sales Line Component Dock: A Dockable plugin that shows kit components. There are sub-securities to Auto Run or Auto Run and Dock.
