Add Warehouse & Resource Planning info to Item Audit Shipped

Would like to see changes made to Item Maintenance > Warehouse & Resource Planning included in the Audit log for Items

New item auditing options are now available in SalesPad 5.6.5! We took the opportunity to add new auditing for all of the Item Maintenance window’s tabs, which can be enabled via tab-specific settings so you can keep track of changes to the fields that matter to you. All of these new audits are logged to the item master’s audit table, so you can find all the information for a given item in one place. Note that you need to enable which tabs should audit via the new Item Maintenance Tabs To Include In Audit setting, which does not include everything by default to avoid bloating the item audit table. Then you can refine which fields to audit in the tab-specific settings.

ADDED: Settings: Item Maintenance Tabs to Include In Audit - Select the additional Item Maintenance tabs which will audit changes to the item’s audit log. Note that the default Item Information tab already audits based on the 'Item Columns To Include In Audit' setting.

ADDED: Settings: Vendor Item Columns to Include In Audit - Vendor Item columns that will be audited to the Item Master audit log. If left blank, no extra auditing will be done. NOTE: This setting is only in effect when 'Vendor Information' is selected in the 'Item Maintenance Tabs to Include In Audit' setting.

ADDED: Settings: Inventory Location Columns to Include In Audit - Inventory Location columns that will be audited to the Item Master audit log. If left blank, no extra auditing will be done. NOTE: This setting is only in effect when 'Warehouse & Resource Planning' is selected in the 'Item Maintenance Tabs to Include In Audit' setting.

ADDED: Settings: Customer Item Columns to Include In Audit - Customer Item columns that will be audited to the Item Master audit log. If left blank, no extra auditing will be done. NOTE: This setting is only in effect when 'Customer Items' is selected in the 'Item Maintenance Tabs to Include In Audit' setting.

ADDED: Settings: Item Currency Columns to Include In Audit - Item Currency columns that will be audited to the Item Master audit log. If left blank, no extra auditing will be done. NOTE: This setting is only in effect when 'Currency' is selected in the 'Item Maintenance Tabs to Include In Audit' setting.

ADDED: Settings: Price Level Columns to Include In Audit - Price Level columns that will be audited to the Item Master audit log. If left blank, no extra auditing will be done. NOTE: This setting is only in effect when 'Price Level Maintenance' is selected in the 'Item Maintenance Tabs to Include In Audit' setting.

FIXED: Item Maintenance: Vendor Information: Deleting a vendor item and then creating a new vendor item will no longer cause an error.
