Removing the existing Cavallo Extension
To uninstall the old Cavallo extension, Administrator access to BC is required. Start by searching for and navigating to the "Extension Management" page.
On this page, click the three dot menu and uninstall any of the old Cavallo extensions. You will need to ensure that you do not remove the new Cavallo AppSource extension: "Cavallo Core Connector".
On the uninstall menu it is recommended to not select the “Remove Data?” toggle, keeping this data will help ensure that the new app will run smoothly.
Once you have reviewed the information on this screen you can click Uninstall.
Once the upgrade app has run its install, it can be removed without any impact to Cavallo/BC functionality.
OPTIONAL - Three months after uninstalling the old extension, if the company wants to unpublish they can safely move forward doing so.
