Cavallo for Business Central (Mobile)

Overview

Cavallo for Business Central is also accessible on most mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, Android) through the device's web browser. When using Cavallo on a mobile device, the layout will be different, however, most of the functionality is identical.

Mission Control

When you first open Cavallo for BC on a mobile device, you'll see the Mission Control screen. Similar to the desktop version, the mobile version of Mission Control shows you a high-level overview of each of your workflows, alongside a Total Revenue and Total Cost summary at the top of the screen.

When accessing Mission Control from a mobile device you can also view and process individual sales documents. Selecting any of the workflows from this screen will open a list of the queues within.

Selecting one of the sales documents will open the Actions drawer at the bottom of the screen, giving you the option to open that sales document, submit the document through the workflow, or manually move the document to a specific workflow queue.

For this example, we'll manually move an Order to the Shipping queue. Selecting the 'Move to Queue' option will open a list of all the available queues that we can move the document into.

From here, we'll choose the Shipping queue, then hit the "Move Document" button at the bottom of the screen. After the document has been moved, you'll be brought back to the workflow and see a small notification at the top of the screen letting you know that the document has been moved successfully.

Customers

To access your Customers from a mobile device, tap on the menu icon in the upper left-hand side of the application to open the navigation screen. Select Customers from the list and you will be brought to a list of your Customers.

If you're looking for a specific customer's card, you can use the Search function at the top of the list. You can search by Customer Name, Customer Number, or Phone Number.

Once you've found the customer that you're looking for, you can tap on their name to open a dropdown containing an overview of the customer's current standing. You'll find their current status, posting group, current number of open orders, their current balance, and their state of residence.

If you'd like more information, you can also tap the 'View Customer Card' button located at the bottom.
