RMA Report


RMA Report is a SalesPad security that allows users to access the RMA report. This report can be copied and edited in Report Designer. See the Reports documentation for more information on this functionality and other default reports. See the RMA Entry search for more information about the RMA module in SalesPad.

Note: In order to use the RMA process, the Returns Management module must be installed.


The RMA Report is a document used with the Returns Management module. RMAs are typically used when a return needs to be authorized. To use this document, click the Print button at the top of the RMA Entry screen in SalesPad. You can then select the RMA Report from the reports menu.
